The tree arrived well packaged and in healthy condition and not dried out at all! They responded quickly to my questions and were very transparent about their process.

The tree arrived well packaged and had several leaves and is in good condition. But it took over 3 weeks to arrive, which would have been fine if they could have responded to my 3 requests for an update with an actual message instead of an automatic reply that they aren’t in the office. It arrived two weeks after the expected delivery day. I had to request a refund through my financial institution to get them to actually send me a real reply. They could work on their customer service - or update the expected delivery dates on their page so people aren’t just sitting here thinking they are getting scammed.
